  NCSD residents are asked to write a letter of support to their legislators on behalf of the district's efforts to pass Governor's Program Bill #217. The bill would authorize the Hudson River-Black River Regulating District to transfer funds from the Black River account to the Hudson River account. This would allow the HRBRRD to pay its long overdue 2009 school taxes.

• The Senior High Band will be performing at the Empire State Plaza on Thursday, March 11th to the celebrate Music In Our Schools Month. The concert will take place at 11:30 in the South Concourse.  We hope to see you there!

• Residents approve building renovation plan
  By a vote of 185-133, Northville Central School District residents approved a $3.86 million renovations project to address facilities deficiencies at the school.
  The district will now move forward with finalizing plans to submit to the State Education Department for review.
  “We appreciate the support our community has demonstrated for our school,” said Superintendent Kathy Dougherty, “and we will move forward with the necessary steps so the renovations work can commence this summer and be completed this winter.”
